  Great for the price and you don't find many places having their own washer and dryer in the apartment ; how convenient. Great greenery and sidewalks for having walks at the Arlington loop. The staff is super nice, especially Carol. She remembered me by face and was always asking me how I was doing. I lived there for 3 years and whenever I had an issue their staff was more than happy to help. The appliances and set up is a little dated. Kitchen cabinets are limited in space. Bedroom sizes are good. Parking in the night can be difficult at times but mostly is good. Neighbors are friendly. Conveniently located near the decamp 44 which goes straight to Port Authority bus terminal ( I used that bus a lot to go to NYC). Close by to major highways. Didn't like their cat policy though. They only allow declawed cats but it's even illegal in NJ to have cats declawed now; so they should change their policy.
